#New Discoveries | Fuji X-Pro1

When i first started this blog i already had a huge interest in photography and i guess most people of my age started with an analog camera before the hype of the digital madness began. More and more new cameras were being launched onto the market – it simply became a household object but when i first received the Canon EOS 300 D i was super excited to be finally a proud owner of a DSLR - and guess what i had absolutely no clue what i was doing back then. But times have changed. 

To this day, i’m still a big fan of Canon cameras (my recent pictures were taken with the Canon 5 D Mark III, 50mm 1.2 favorite lens ever) but every now and then it’s nice to switch things up and see how other cameras perform – like the Fuji X-Pro1 wich is a compact system camera featuring a retro design. (Lens: 35mm F1.4). Obviously i wasn’t the one behind the camera but with the support of my main man Patrick Domingo who captured these shots while we were strolling around the city, i always have the chance to gain a better insight into the world of photography and show you different pictures every now and then. I have to say that even before i started editing these pictures in Photoshop i was already impressed by the image quality similar to what you get from a DSLR.
